What started as a small family business operating from a self-storage unit has grown into one of the UK’s emerging names in the luxury interiors sector, importing more than 530,000 sq ft of natural stone into the UK each year.
Our story began in a small town in Hampshire, where the foundations of the business were built around a simple idea: to make exceptional natural materials available to designers and architects.
Starting as a specialist natural stone supplier, the business grew through a combination of product knowledge, direct sourcing and a relentless focus on quality. What began with a modest collection of stone has since developed into a much broader interiors offering, shaped by years of experience working with some of the world’s most distinctive natural materials.
Today, Luxton is part of a family of businesses operating across the luxury interiors industry, with an established international supply network and direct relationships with quarries, factories and manufacturers around the world.
DECADE OLD Experience
Since 2017, Luxton has supplied natural stone to some of the UK and Europe’s most prestigious projects, working exclusively with tradespeople, designers, architects, fabricators and stonemasons.
As a vertically integrated stone supplier, Luxton controls the entire supply chain from quarrying and processing through to importing, stocking and final delivery. By removing unnecessary middlemen, we are able to offer greater control over quality, lead times and availability, while maintaining some of the most competitive trade pricing in Europe.
Luxton has been at the forefront of B2B natural stone supply in the UK since its launch, supporting projects ranging from private residential developments to landmark hospitality and retail schemes.
Our stone has been supplied to projects including Claridge’s, Harrods, The Savoy, Grosvenor Square and many more, alongside hundreds of architects, contractors, fabricators and design professionals across the UK and Europe.
TEAM BEHIND LUXTON
To this day Luxton is owned and operated by the same family that once started it all. The teams behind Luxton bring together expertise across natural stone, interiors, sourcing, logistics, design and project delivery. Working closely across both businesses, we support clients from initial specification through to supply, ensuring every project benefits from practical knowledge, responsive service and a strong understanding of the trade.
Luxton is now actively investing into the future generations, with our own in house Stone Academy, teaching youth skilled labour such as CNC operation, stone handling, factory & warehouse management and much more.
